Getting Started

How Do I Order?

There are two ways to place an order with Greengrocer’s Choice. You can either sign up and place your order online, or email us at sales@greengrocerschoice.co.uk.

If you haven’t ordered from us before, click on the sign up button in the top right hand side & fill in the required details – your account will be created in minutes.

We will not share this information with other companies for their marketing purposes. The personal information submitted will only be used for the purpose of processing and delivering your order. Then it’s up to you to decide what you would like to purchase.

If you have already signed up to Greengrocer’s Choice you will need to log in using your username and password, then simply place your order. There are two ways to order. Firstly, you can create your own box through simply clicking the 'shop' tab on the home screen & use our quick add buttons to build your own bespoke basket. Secondly, you can choose one of our seasonal boxes by simply clicking your required box size.

How do I amend an order and pay?

Once you have added everything you wish to purchase to your basket, click on the bag icon in the top right corner and you will be re-directed to a screen summarising your order. You can still make changes to your order here, by adding additional products or removing items you no longer want.

It’s then a case of following the instructions, entering your card details and confirming payment. Your order will be processed and a confirmation email will be sent.

How do I setup an account?

Once you are ready to place your order with us, you will need to set up an account. This is very easy and won’t take more than 5 minutes. You can create an account by clicking on the user icon in the top right of the homepage or you will be prompted to create an account at the checkout stage (if you have not done so already).

We need some details such as your delivery address and email address, and you will need to create a password. We will ensure that your details are kept safe and secure.

Once your account is set up, you can manage addresses, edit your details, change your password and view previous orders.

How do I get started?

The best way is to take a look around! Have a look at our exciting boxes, recipes, and products of the month. Also don’t forget to visit our blog, as its full of useful tips and advice.

Once you have had a look around and are ready to place an order simply create an account and start shopping!

Can I order something that is not listed on the website?

Can't find what your looking for? Leave a note on your order at checkout stating the item you want & we will try our best to accomadate. Otherwise you can contact us with any questions or requests before ordering & we will be in touch

Managing Account

Changing your delivery address

If you need to change your delivery address, please log into your account and select change address under personal details. Enter the new address into the relevant fields and save the changes. Your new address will be saved in your account.

Changing your password

Don't worry if you forget your password, you can make a new one by going on to the log in page and clicking 'Forgot your password?'.

Delivery

What is your delivery charge?

Delivery is FREE on orders over £19.99.  For orders under £19.99, the delivery cost will be £2.99.

I ordered a box and it hasn’t arrived

If you have placed an order and your delivery has not arrived within the expected time frame, please contact our customer service team either by phone or email. We will find out the reason for the delay and let you know when you can expect it to arrive.

I’m not happy with something in my order

We work very hard to ensure that you only ever receive the very best produce, but if you are unhappy with an item included in your order, please let us know as soon as possible. We will either replace the product you are unhappy with in your next order or credit your account with the value of the product.

What time will my order be delivered?

If you order before 7pm you will receive it the next day (except for Sundays)

Our general delivery hours are between 7am and 6pm.

If you need your order to be delivered at a certain time, please request this in the notes section when ordering. We will then endeavour to deliver within an hour each way of your request. (During periods of high demand this may not always be possible, but we will do our best and will contact you if we cannot meet your needs to arrange an alternative solution).

Aftersales

How do I change my order

If you have placed an order and wish to change something, please email sales@greengrocerschoice.co.uk with your order number and let us know how you want to change your order. Providing we have not dispatched your order we will do our best to meet your request.

What should I do with my box?

Once you have finished with your box, please return it to your delivery driver upon your next delivery. All boxes are recycled helping us to keep prices to you as low as possible.

How can I pay for my order?

Once you have finished building your order & picked your delivery options click 'check out' which will direct you to our card payment system. Or you can pick one of the other payment options such as PayPal, Shop or Google Pay
